Suspended on the floor
This was a pretty hard and painful suspension for her involving all parts of her body. Almost the whole body was lifted into the air except her naked breasts. She is rope gagged and the gag is attached and pulled to the suspension point making it hard for her to move the head. Her feet was quite exposed and also her nice bottom. Notice the tight crotch rope between her legs.
