Hands over head and ropegagged
This is two versions of tying up the hands behind the head. This type of tie is a tie that is quick to do. You can speed it up even more if you practice 🙂
Version 1: The ellbows free from rope but a rope gag is attached to the body harness behind the neck.
Version 2: The elbows and upper arms is more restrained in this version. You can allso add a rope gag to this version if you like.
