Practice side suspension
Here is practice in suspension shibari. This is a basic “side suspension” tie up. The suspension Points in this one is the hipharness and the right sholder, taking the most weigh. The legs is the secondary suspensionpoints taking some weight but not much.
To doing a suspension is a big responsibility regarding the person you are tying and hanging up. Most persons are ok with about 5 min of hanging. Then often the arms and hands will starting to numb and fell asleep. A shibari junkie realy liking and get a sexual turn on of beeing suspended would maby manage to hang 10 min Before the body starts to protest. I have also notice that a real fit person can manage to hang longer than a unfit person.
