Tightly tied and crotch roped
She is started standing on the floor with her hands tied up behind her back and legs tied. She is then put down on her knees and finally got a rope tied between her legs making it a tight crotch rope. Notice that her legs is also attached to the rope between her legs making it impossible for her to ger up.
